Wow, what a month for game lovers! Hidden object games were absolutely huge this month, with mega-hits like Little Shop of Treasures, Agatha Christie - Death on the Nile, and Big City Adventure: San Francisco. It seems like players just want more and more of these games. These games are fairly simple, but the fun comes from new screens of objects to find. It seems like most developers are planning on franchising their hidden object games, too. I wonder what the next Big City Adventure will be?
We saw some great matching games this month, too, most notable Burger Rush. This fantastic game is a mash-up between a Diner Dash style server game and a match-3 Cradle of Rome game. Congrats to the developers on a hit! Their first game, Spacebound, didn't do nearly as well as Burger Rush. We can't wait to see what they come up with next!
Critter management fans saw a new game this month, Grimm's Hatchery. And what a game it is! Personally we'd love to see more games like this. Chicken Chase came out a few months ago and did extremely well, and of course Insaniquarium is one of the pioneers in the genre. We want more hatching game!
